Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed (we don't ship or fulfill on weekends or holidays). We currently offer free shipping on every order within the United States, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If there's ever a significant delay, we'll email you to let you know.

Returns

We want you to love your Kontrol speaker. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Kontrolelectronics@gmail.com or through our contact page. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package -- items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Return shipping

Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you're responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us and we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, though it can take extra time for your bank to post it.
